Uvonique is a very well
maintained complex
and is situated on the North Border of Margate in the Margate/Manaba
area.
It is just across the
road (within walking distance) from the Margate & Manaba (Lucien)
Beaches.
The Lillie Crona Boulevard is a very popular stretch of road that is
used by many athletes – cyclists, joggers and people who just enjoy a
nice stroll along the beach.
This flat is situated
close to all amenities.

This is a three bedroom flat that sleeps
up to 7 people.
It is fully self catering and
consists of the following:

- A full kitchen with a stove,
fridge, microwave and dishwasher.
- An open plan kitchen, dinning and lounge area.
- A sliding door that opens up onto a semi enclosed balcony/patio
that has a fixed gas braai and overlooks the Margate/Manaba Beach.
- There is a gas braai on the balcony/patio. Please note that
clients are required to fill this bottle
- There is a TV with Dstv decoder, just bring smart card or hire one
from Martin Electronics in Margate and have it married to the
decoder in the flat.
- The main bedroom has a queen size bed and is en suite with a
bathroom/shower.
- There is a sliding door that opens up from the main bedroom onto
the balcony/patio.
- The second bedroom has a double bed.
- The third bedroom has three single beds.
- A bath and shower is between the 2nd and 3rd bedroom
- There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the 2nd bathroom
- The linen is not supplied therefore clients need to bring the
following: Linen for the queen, double and single beds, your own
beach and bath towels, dishcloths and toilet paper.
- This unit has a lock up garage and a secure lock up undercover
parking which both house one vehicle each.
- There are cleaners that service the flat daily, with a general
service, except for weekends and public holidays.
- The cleaners sweep and mop floors, dust, clean bathroom/showers
and toilets, and wash windows.
- Should you need additional service from the cleaners, you would
need to liaise with them to come in at a convenient time at a small
fee. |
